Norway: Vysus Group selected by Aibel to support upgrade and electrification of Oseberg field off Norway

Vysus Group (formerly Lloyd s Register Energy), the global engineering and technology company, has been selected to support a lower-carbon future at
Equinor s Oseberg gas field on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
Vysus Group s risk management consultancy team recently secured a contract with the international services company,
Aibel, which was awarded a five-year portfolio agreement with Equinor for major project activities to be performed at Oseberg Field Center.
The scope will see Vysus Group perform various safety studies, from hazard identification studies to carrying out consequence modelling and quantitative risk analysis.
Baker Hughes and Akastor have announced an agreement to create a joint venture company that will bring together Baker Hughes Subsea Drilling Systems (SDS) business with Akastor s wholly owned subsidiary, MHWirth. The Company will deliver a global full-service offshore drilling equipment offering that will provide customers with a broad portfolio of products and services.
New batch of Qatari real estate brokers obtain license

Doha - A new batch of licensed Qatari real estate brokers took the legal oath before the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee at the Ministry of Justice.
The batch consisted of 20 brokers, taking the number of licensed brokers since the new law entered into force to 120.
The licensing of this batch comes within the framework of the implementation procedures of the provisions of the law, and pushing the real estate brokerage business towards an organized legal environment prepared to keep pace with the economic and urban renaissance witnessed by the country and the great expansion in the real estate sector, including re-configuring and organizing the real estate system to achieve the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.
Vestas has bolstered its Swedish pipeline with a 67 MW order for the Grönhult project in southwest Sweden from The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG). Vestas will supply, install and commission 12 V162-5.6 MW turbines, part of Vestas’ EnVentus platform.
